Filling 53%: porcini mushroom 15% (Boletus edulis and related group), vegetable fibres, ricotta (whey, milk, salt, citric acid), champignon mushroom 9.2% (Agaricus bisporus), breadcrumbs (soft wheat flour, salt, yeast), mozzarella cheese (milk, salt, rennet),mascarpone cheese (cream, milk,
citric acid), starches, sunflower oil, onion, whey powder, white wine,
natural flavourings, salt, parsley, lactose, acidity regulator: lactic
acid, garlic%, skimmed milk powder, black pepper.


Pasta 47%: Soft wheat flour, eggs 30%, durum wheat semolina.
