Prostate & Urinary Support, Soothes Skin Itching: Nettle is rich
in vitamins A, B complex and C plus minerals such as calcium, potassium,
magnesium and iron. May assist symptoms of anaemia and cleansing of the
system. Useful to treat hives. Helps control itching and sneezing
associated with hay fever. Natural diuretic. Aids urinary problems; may
assist symptoms of the enlarged prostate gland (but not reduce actual
swelling of the gland).
