Water, Soy Sauce (20%) [Water, Soybean, Wheat, Salt], Brewed Vinegar (Water, Rice), Lemon Juice (10%), Yuzu Citrus Juice (8%), Hydrolysed Soy Protein, Fructose, Glucose Syrup, Flavour Enhancers (621, 627, 631), Acidity Regulator (330), Natural Fruit Flavours.

It's an ideal sauce for stir-fries, tofu and chicken or as dressing for summer vegetables. Excellent on broiled or grilled seafood like shrimp and salmon; for dumplings and pot stickers, sushi and sashimi.
